Privacy policy

Last updated · May 2026
Note: Praxio is currently in formation. The entity that will be the data controller is the founder team operating as Praxio (Luxembourg). This policy will be reissued under the legal entity once incorporation completes. This is a transparency document for visitors of praxio.lu; it does not constitute legal advice or a customer data processing agreement.

Who we are

Praxio is a software company building back-office software for coaching agencies. We operate from Luxembourg. Contact us via our contact form.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the praxio.lu website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It does not cover personal data processed inside our software product on behalf of customer agencies, that is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement signed with each customer.

What we collect

The praxio.lu website is intentionally minimal. We collect personal data only when you actively send it to us:

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address, agency name (if provided), and the content of your message are transmitted via Web3Forms, a form-relay service operated by Web3Forms (see web3forms.com/privacy), which forwards the submission to our team mailbox. Data is not retained by Web3Forms beyond delivery. We will move this to a self-hosted endpoint once our production email infrastructure is live.
  • Direct emails. Anything you send to the contact address listed on our imprint.

We do not currently run analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking pixels on praxio.lu.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To schedule and run a demo if requested.
  • To send a follow-up if you asked us to, or once.
  • To keep a record of the conversation if it leads to a commercial engagement.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your contact data to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Legal basis (GDPR, Art. 6)

  • Legitimate interest, responding to business inquiries you initiated.
  • Consent, if and when you opt into a mailing list (we do not currently operate one).
  • Contract performance, if you become a customer, processing data necessary to deliver the software.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as the relationship is active, plus 24 months for record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Where the data is stored

Inquiry emails live in our mail provider’s servers (currently within the EU). The website itself is hosted on Vercel; Vercel may collect minimal infrastructure logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and performance, which it processes under its own privacy notice.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country, in Luxembourg, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu); in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the company evolves, especially when we incorporate, launch the product, or add integrations. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
