Note: These terms apply to use of the praxio.lu website. The terms governing use of the Praxio software platform itself are set out separately in the customer Master Services Agreement (MSA) and accompanying Data Processing Agreement, signed at the start of every engagement.

Acceptance

By accessing praxio.lu you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The praxio.lu website is informational. You may browse it, link to it, and contact us through it. You may not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written permission.
  • Use the site or its content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on praxio.lu, including the Praxio name, the constellation mark, the design system, written copy, and code, is the property of Praxio (or its founders prior to incorporation) and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use any of it without our permission, except for normal viewing in a web browser.

No warranty

The praxio.lu website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site online and accurate, but we make no legal promise that we will.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxio (and its founders, employees, and contractors) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

External links

The site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn profiles, the Vercel platform, or the CNPD). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, where Praxio is in the process of being incorporated. Any dispute arising from use of the site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
